  • Razorpay may collect your name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, and transaction details to process the payment, comply with law, and prevent fraud.

5) Sharing your information

We share information only as needed:

  • With service providers: Shopify (store hosting), Razorpay (payments), logistics/courier partners, cloud/email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, analytics and marketing platforms, customer support tools.
  • For compliance & safety: law enforcement or regulators when legally required, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may transfer information as permitted by law.

We require our service providers to use information only for the services they perform for us and to protect it appropriately.
